I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 2/28/14 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, UNIT C, GREYHAWK LANDING, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 162 THROUGH 197, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
