NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-002487 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and ACHIMEDE LOUIS; DINALIA LOUIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ACHIMEDE LOUIS N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME) are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
