NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 21, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012CA000770 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2003-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-4 is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN WALLACE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on February 21, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BROADMOOR PINES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 151 THROUGH 153, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
