NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013580 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCO LARA; PETER TOTH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR MARTIN FUNDING CORPORATION; PETER KOLLAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO LARA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER TOTH; CLERK OF THE COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1921, LESS THE NORTH 2 FEET THEREOF, AND THE NORTH 4 FEET OF LOT 1922, LAKE SARASOTA SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
