LOTS 13497, 13498 AND 13499, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 52, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, LESS THAT PART OF LOTS 13497 AND 13498 DEEDED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 193, PAGE 687, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Andrew L. Denzer, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 03-10-14, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
