NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003831 NC, Division C, of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, the Office of the Clerk of the Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
