Notice is hereby given that on April 28, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 25 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK C, EDGEWATER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2014 in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
