NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 13th day of March, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., through the Courthouse of Pasco County, Florida, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, the undersigned Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 13, Block 2, Asbel Estates Phase 1, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 58, Page(s) 32 through 43, inclusive, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-002538-CAAX-ES, Division J1, now pending in the Circuit Court in Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Interested parties / bidders are advised that the property is being sold without any warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever as to the state of the title of the subject property, and there may be unpaid real estate taxes on the property. Interested parties / bidders are advised to do their own investigation as to the state of the title and the state of the real property taxes on the subject property.
