NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-008698 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST MARIAN WARNER A/K/A MARIAN ELIZABETH WARNER A/K/A MARIAN E. WARNER, DECEASED; JUDY LYNN WITT A/K/A JUDY L. WITT, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MARIAN WARNER A/K/A MARIAN ELIZABETH WARNER A/K/A MARIAN E. WARNER, DECEASED; JACY JOSEPH WITT A/K/A JACY J.
