ROLAND A/K/A WILLIAM ROLAND, et al. are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 13-201, MATERA I AT VASARI, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4445, PAGE 3769, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 17th day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
