NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002165-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and JORIE SPEARSON; CITIFINANCIAL, INC. F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL FINANCE, LLC F/K/A BLAZER FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on FEBRUARY 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, HOLIDAY GARDEN ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
