NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 2012-CA-051327, in which Capital Income and Growth Fund, LLC, Plaintiff, and Lecton Lazarre, Rosemonde Jean-Louis Lazarre, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession n/k/a Macoul Jean Louis Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the Property, the Clerk of Lee County will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
Lot 20, Block 45, Unit 5, Lehigh Acres, Section 29, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 80, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in common elements pertaining thereto at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 24 day of February, 2014, at www.lee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
