NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009326-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DAVID A BOBBITT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BENEVA VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENEVA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A RICHARD BOBBITT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 304, GENEVA VILLAGE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 979, PAGE 937, ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 13 AND 13A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
