Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 27, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 3, MOBILE CITY, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 77 AND 77A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1988 PALM HARBOR DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN #40650230AY, TITLE #61097577 AND VIN #40650230BY, TITLE #61104527 - WHICH HAS BEEN RETIRED.
