AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A CONCRETE POST ON THE SOUTH LINE OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 5, 45-21, BEING 226 FEET MORE OR LESS EAST OF THE HIGH TIDE LINE OF THE GULF OF MEXICO; THENCE RUN SOUTH 81 DEGREES 20' EAST 835. 0 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID GOVERNMENT LOT 1 TO A CONCRETE POST; THENCE NORTH 8 DEGREES 40' EAST 205 FEET TO A CONCRETE POST; THENCE NORTH 8 DEGREES 40' EAST 420 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 81 DEGREES 20' EAST 260 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 8 DEGREES 40' WEST 105 FEET; NORTH 81 DEGREES 20' WEST 100 FEET; NORTH 8 DEGREES 40 ' EAST 105 FEET; SOUTH 81 DEGREES 20 ' EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING LOT 26, UNIT 2, OF AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS “JOSE'S HIDEAWAY”, LOCATED IN GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 5-45-21, UPPER CAPTIVA ISLAND, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
