NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 24 day of Jan, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-52552, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBERT R. NICKEL, SR. KATHLEEN R. NICKEL; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ROBERT NICKEL, JR. IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of Feb, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 90, UNIT 10, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45, SOUTH, RANGE 26, EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
