NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-055324 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR13, is the Plaintiff and Oscar E. Caceres, Edward R. Walters, Bayside Master Association, Inc, Estero Bay Improvement Association, Inc, Waterside II at Bay Beach Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 2H2, OF WATERSIDE II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3050 PAGE 388, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS FOR VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN INGRESS AND EGRESS GRANTED UNDER, AND DESCRIBED IN, SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2778, PAGE 570, OF THE AFORESAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
