ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J10 is the Plaintiff, and SUNG CHO, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8 OF WOODLAND PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29M PAGE(S)48 AND 48A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 20th day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
