NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on February 21, 2014, at 9:00 am, in the www.lee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week No. 34 in Condominium Parcel Number 108 AND Unit Week No. 35 in Condominium Parcel Number 128 of TORTUGA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1566 at Page 2174 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all Amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
