Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 24th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-051235, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 24 day of Feb, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 22, UNIT 4, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
