NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-057180 of the Circuit court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Flagstar Bank, FSB is Plaintiff and Charles M. Reynolds, Amanda M. Reynolds, Botanica Lakes Homeowners Association, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Jennifer A. Heckman and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Bryan L. Heckman are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes on Feb 24, 2014. the following described property was set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 61, BOTANICA LAKES - PLAT ONE REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded under Instrument No. 2007000256603, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
