NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 8, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 005939 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 3rd day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, WATERFRONT ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 56 AND 56A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
