NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001951-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and GEOFFREY SHEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEOFFREY SHEA; CLAUDIA SHEA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CENTRAL PARK SECTION II CONDOMINUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CUSTOM DOCK & DAVIT, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 25th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 2963, PAGE 143 THROUGH 217, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGES 46 THROUGH 46P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 423, BUILDING 4, CENTRAL PARK SECTION II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2963, PAGE 143 THROUGH 217, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGES 46 THROUGH 46P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
