Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 22 day of January, 2014, and entered in case No. 13-CC-001872 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNSET LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ERWIN BAUR is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 3, Building 1, SUNSET LAKES PHASE 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 2698, Pages 65-155, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
