NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-059482 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), Plaintiff, and HENRY MICHELETTI; PATRICIA MICHELETTI; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 28 day of May 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2 BLOCK 259, UNIT 9 OF CAPE CORAL ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
