NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed Jan 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-053320 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CHARLES R. SHANKS; JOHANNA V. SHANKS; SUNTRUST BANK; CALUSA PALMS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; is a Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 24 day of Feb, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 92 OF CALUSA PALMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 14 THROUGH 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 14700 CALUSA PALMS DRIVE, FORT MYERS, FL 33919
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
