NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 18, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011179 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY A. GOLDSTEIN; MAUREEN J. GOLDSTEIN; LAKE SARASOTA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (INACTIVE); MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC DBA DITECH.COM are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on February 26, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 889, LAKE SARASOTA SUBDIVISION, UNIT 10, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
