NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-004026 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and JORGE AYAN ECHEMENDIA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE AYAN ECHEMENDIA N/K/A ANGELA I CARRANZA N/K/A ANGELA CARRANZA; JOSE ECHEMENDIA; SOUTH GATE EAST OF SARASOTA INC; SOUTH GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
