Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 04, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 981, 22ND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 10, AND 10 THROUGH 10J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 06, 2014 beginning at 09:00 AM.
