NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 19th day of February, 2014, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 65, Unit 7 San Carlos Park, and unrecorded subdivision as shown by the map or plat contained in Deed Book 315, Page 122 through 158 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
