NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-050212, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF6 is the Plaintiff and REVONDA C. STEWART et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on February 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
