NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-057520 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and GLENN WALLACE BEAVER A/K/A GLENN W. BEAVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF FORT MYERS, LEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 1907, PAGE 1964, ID#254424P4029000460, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 46, CHULA VISTA MANOR, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 30.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
