NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-50404 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ROBERT F. DENMARK A/K/A ROBERT DENMARK, TINA LEE DENMARK A/K/A TINA LEE, THE CLUB AT CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SCHEHR CONSTRUCTION CO. are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, AT www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3, BUILDING 2, PHASE 8, THE CLUB AT CRYSTAL LAKE 1, A CONDOMINIUM AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE CLUB AT CRYSTAL LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1725, PAGES 2310 THROUGH 2417, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
