NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in 51-2009-CA-007586-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007, GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM1, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN GONYEA; DIANE GONYEA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 25, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 236, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 46 THRU 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
