NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 24 day of Jan, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-51566, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and MARK HARTWELL BROOKSHIRE BATH & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. TROPICAL FENCE COMPANY WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION DANELLE HARTWELL; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of Feb, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 193, BUILDING 19, HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DEFINED IN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HEATHER RIDGE II OF BROOKSHIRE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2106, PAGE 3392 THROUGH 3448, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2121, PAGE 4199, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT KNOWN AS PARKING SPACE NO. 193.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
