THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and ELISHA JONES A/K/A ELISHA L. JONES; MARY JONES A/K/A MARY L. BAKER-JONES; MORTGAGE ELETRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 28 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 33, UNIT 4, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
