NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-053531 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 3 day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 8010 OF BELLA VIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2005000056034, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
