NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-004941-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Kelly Elizabeth Ross; Unknown Spouse of Kelly Elizabeth Ross, if any; Unknown Tenant(s); Tierra Del Sol Homeowner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 12, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 130 THROUGH 144, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
