BOOK 4858, PAGES 80 THROUGH 141 AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4881, PAGE 1672, O.R. 5997, PAGE 523, AND O.R. BOOK 6174, PAGE 945, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
