NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 09-003196 CICI Div. 33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and HOWARD J. HOLMES, JR., et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 28th day of February, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
