NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-005620-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Trust 2006-CB9, C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB9, Plaintiff and BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DONALD CHRISTIANSON; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 3rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E, BUILDING 3620, BERMUDA BAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 74 THROUGH 89 INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 5416, PAGE 1159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
