Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 30, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 245 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 3801, page 259 et seq., and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, page 39 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
