TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST GUDRUN OSSURADOTTIR, DECEASED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF BUILDING NO. L, APARTMENT NO. 202, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO, THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HEATHER LAKE APARTMENTS NO. VI, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4456, PAGES 591 THROUGH 621, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 29, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28163 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 207, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
