YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Quiet Title Complaint has been filed against you and all parties claiming interests by through, under or against Defendant(s) , THE HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF HENRY FRANK LANE AND ALL OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER THE HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF HENRY FRANK LANE, including any unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors or other claimants claiming interests by, through, under or against, who may have or claim to have any right, title or interest against Defendant(s), THE HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF HENRY FRANK LANE AND ALL OTHERS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER THE HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES OF HENRY FRANK LANE, who are not known to be dead or alive and a prayer contained within the Complaint demands judgment quieting title to the following described property:
LOT SIXTY-ONE (61), BLOCK “E”, GREENWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO M&P OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 1156 LASALLE STREET, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33755
Together with all hereditament, appurtenances, easements, and rights of way thereof, including all buildings, improvements, fixtures and articles of personal property a part of the PROPERTY, including all replacements and additions.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your Answer to the Complaint on Hunter G. Norton, Esquire, of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, P.O. Box 49948, Sarasota, Florida 34230, on or before 03/07/2014 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in Business Observer.
