Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain CONDOMINIUM parcel consisting of Units 102 and 103 together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of CONDOMINIUM of DOWNTOWN TIERRA VERDE, A COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 5724, Page 454, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in CONDOMINIUM Plat Book 75, pages 23 and 24, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 28, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
