Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 08-011930-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association successor in interest to National Real Estate Services, LLC successor by Merger to National City Mortgage Inc., F/K/A National City Mortgage Co. is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. MUELLER, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 24, HIGHLAND WOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MPA OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGES 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
