Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff, and Harvey Pollak a/k/a Harvey R. Pollak, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 8 and 9, LESS the Easterly 45.00 feet of Lot 9, THE RESERVE AT LAKE TARPON, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The parcel number is 04/28/16/74370/000/00. The address is 3914 Tarian Court, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
