NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment on Verified Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action on January 15, 2014, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A” at an Online Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 18, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.

Lots 10 and 11, Block 20, OSCAWANA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 85, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
