NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-002273-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Household Finance Corporation III, Lisa Michelle Hutchins a/k/a Lisa M. Hutchins f/k/a Lisa Michelle Wilson, The City of St Petersburg, Florida, a Municipal Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 26th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
