NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-029909, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and FELIPE PEREZ A/K/A F.P; JANE DOE N/K/A ANA MARTINEZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 254 AND 255, BLOCK “L” OF PINE CREST VILLAS ADDITION NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
